GENERAL MERCHANDISE
All merchandise is sold brand new. If an item needs to be exchanged or returned, it must be done so within 48 hours of purchase with management approval and returned in brand new condition (no stains, odors, pet hair or other damage).  A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on seller-approved returns. 

Buyer assumes all risks associated with picked up merchandise, including any damage that may occur during transportation and installation. Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that does not fit. Seller will assist the buyer with the exercise of all factory warranties. 

Mattresses and foundations are non-refundable, non-returnable purchases.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders, defined as any item we do not stock including custom fabrics or colors, are not subject to cancellation and may not be returned.  
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all Special Order merchandise.
