What is the warranty on my furniture?
We adhere to the specific manufacturers' warranties. We will provide warranty
service to the original owner of the warrantied product with a sales receipt
with in the warranty parameters. Keep your receipt!
Do you service out of warranty furniture?
As much as we would like to, we are unfortunately, unable to provide service
on out of warranty merchandise. We will attempt to assist you in acquiring
parts that you may need from the manufacturer.
Do you reupholster furniture?
We do not have a re-upholstery service.
Does Furniture Plus sell gift certificates?
Yes, we do sell gift certificates.
Will you remove my old furniture?
There is a charge of $10 for each piece of furniture we remove from your
home. Due to space constraints on the delivery truck, we can not take
away more pieces than you purchase.
My fabric is pilling. What can I do?
Pilling is normal and maintained easily by using a fabric shaver. This
controls the pilling until the fabric stops shedding. Fabric shavers can
be purchased at most department stores.
My reclining chair is difficult to operate. What can I do?
First, flip the chair on its back to see if the mechanism is tied with
the shipping strap. If so, remove the strap. Reclining mechanisms work
on gravity. If you are sitting either too far forward or too far back
in the seat, it will not operate properly.
What are the different mattress sizes?
Twin Size 39 inches wide by 75 inches long
Full Size 54 inches wide by 75 inches long
Queen Size 60 inches wide by 80 inches long
King Size 76 inches wide by 80 inches long
How can I prevent scratching of my hardwood floors?
No matter how durable a finish you have on your wood floors, they are
not impervious to damage. The best way to protect your wood floors is
to affix felt discs to the feet of all furniture in the room. These discs
are available at most hardware stores.
How long does a special order take?
It usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to special order furniture. There are a
lot of variables, however, and your sales associate can give you a more
accurate answer to this question depending on what product you have selected.
How much do we need to put down for a deposit?
We require 50% deposit at the time the order is placed and the balance
can be paid at the time of delivery.
If I order something and I don't like it, can I return it?
We do not allow the return of special order merchandise.
Does Furniture Plus offer layaway and/or financing?
We do have in-store layaway for up to 6 months. We also provide financing
through American General Finance. There are several plans available.
Do you offer a mattress comfort guarantee?
We do not have a comfort guarantee. Our sales associates are factory trained
to provide you with information to make a good purchase decision. We do
not sell used mattresses, and therefore, can not take back a mattress
simply because you do not find it comfortable after you've slept on it.
